Dads Today

So cool how comfortable they are with their children.

One tiny girl in her father's arms as they leave the frozen custard shop.  He talks baby-talk to her and she laughs. Her older sister, lanky in that pre-teen girl way, reaches up to link her arm with his and they all walk down the street.

A dad carries his young son through the coffeehouse. The boy cries because he can't stay to pet the dog out on the sidewalk. Dad says "Wait until we get home. Remember, we have a doggie at home. It's okay."

A dad cradles his newborn, out on the sidewalk by their condo. The modern-day equivalent of driving the kid around in the car at night with the windows open.
